It is one of the most nutritious plants in existence. There are many nursing mothers and children in tropical impoverished areas who have the required nutrition to grow and be healthy because of this plant.

There is so much information about Moringa available online, that it's kind of overwhelming. I grow moringa and experiment with it as well as other plants.
